HR MIS – Warehousing
Experience: 1 to 3 Years Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR MIS professional to support our warehousing operations across India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing blue-collar workforce data and processes, while ensuring accurate and efficient HR operations. Key Responsibilities Manage blue-collar manpower data and daily HR operational MIS. Oversee contract labour management and compliance tracking. Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and attendance tracking. Support payroll processing and coordinate with the finance team for salary disbursements. Assist in grievance resolution and ensure timely escalation if needed. Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions at warehouses. Maintain HR records and generate periodic reports for audits and reviews. Candidate Requirements 1 to 3 years of experience in HR MIS / HR Operations, preferably in warehousing, logistics, or manpower-intensive industries. Strong understanding of blue-collar employee processes and labour law basics. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and attendance management software/tools.
