Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Security Officer to manage and oversee all security operations at our Sanand location. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of premises, staff, and visitors, along with supervising security personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily security operations and security staff
- Ensure proper deployment and discipline of security guards
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises
- Handle security incidents, emergencies, and investigations
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper access control
- Coordinate with management on safety and security measures
- Prepare daily and incident reports
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures
- Train and guide security staff as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and observation skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively
- Basic knowledge of security systems like CCTV and access control

- Experience in industrial or manufacturing setup
- Physically fit and alert
- Good problem-solving abilities
