Job Overview:
We are looking for disciplined and responsible Ex-Servicemen (ESM) to handle security, safety, and operational monitoring within the industrial premises. The candidate should have prior experience in industrial environments and the ability to manage security protocols effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure overall security and safety of the plant/premises
- Monitor entry/exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials
- Supervise security guards and maintain discipline on-site
- Handle emergency situations and coordinate with management
- Maintain daily reports, incident logs, and security records
- Conduct regular patrols within the premises
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Skills & Requirements:
- Must be an Ex-Serviceman (Army/Navy/Air Force background preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of industrial/security experience
- Strong leadership and discipline
- Good observation and decision-making skills
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting
- Good communication skills
Experience: Minimum 3 Years Industrial Experience
Age: 30 to 45 Years
Qualification:
- Minimum Graduate (preferred)
