Job Summary
We are looking for skilled and dedicated Technicians to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have an ITI qualification or relevant hands-on experience in welding, wiring, winding, machine operation, or related technical work. Candidates should be committed to maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Eligibility
Qualification:
ITI (any relevant trade), or
Non-ITI candidates with practical experience in welding, wiring, winding, machine operation, or similar technical activities.
Experience: 2–10 years in manufacturing, production, or industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform production and assembly activities as per standard operating procedures.
Operate and monitor machines safely and efficiently.
Carry out welding, wiring, winding, or other technical tasks based on job requirements.
Conduct routine machine checks and basic preventive maintenance.
Identify and report equipment issues or production defects.
Ensure product quality by following inspection and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S).
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets.
Complete production records and documentation as required.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in welding, wiring, winding, or machine operation.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and tools.
Ability to read and follow work instructions.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to quality and safety.
Ability to work in shifts, if required.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
ITI certification in Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Turner, Machinist, Wireman, or related trades.
Experience in automotive, electrical, engineering, or manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance and quality standards is an added advantage.
