Job Summary
Responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities to ensure timely delivery and optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and resources.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Release and monitor manufacturing orders.
Track production progress and ensure schedule adherence.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
Ensure material availability to avoid production delays.
Monitor WIP, inventory, and machine utilization.
Prepare production reports, MIS, and planning dashboards.
Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Support process improvements, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Knowledge of PPC, production planning, and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.
