Job Summary
Lead sales and business growth for the assigned zone by managing key industrial accounts, driving revenue, building strong customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and expand key customer accounts through value-based selling.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure high retention.
Lead and mentor Area Sales Executives with clear KPIs and CRM discipline.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and support teams for timely deliveries.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Requirements
8–12 years of B2B industrial sales experience.
Experience in industrial consumables, water treatment, pharma, chemical, or process industries preferred.
Proven team leadership and key account management skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM/ERP and MS Office.
Engineering degree preferred; MBA is an added advantage.
