Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in planning and booking domestic travel packages across India.
Sell holiday packages, hotel bookings, transportation, and other travel-related services.
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins.
Prepare customized travel itineraries based on customer requirements and budgets.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate booking records.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in domestic travel sales.
Good knowledge of domestic tourist destinations, hotels, and travel packages.
Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with travel booking tools is an advantage.
