About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Back-End Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in server-side development, database design, and API integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure back-end systems to support digital platforms and web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and database structures for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Develop and manage RESTful and GraphQL APIs for smooth data communication.
Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code following industry standards.
Optimize back-end applications for speed, scalability, and security.
Manage and maintain databases (SQL / NoSQL) and ensure data integrity.
Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection systems.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing back-end systems when required.
Deploy and maintain applications on cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks to improve development efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Back-End Developer.
Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, Python (Django / Flask), or PHP (Laravel / CodeIgniter).
Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Solid understanding of API design, integration, and microservices architecture.
Proficiency with Git, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Good knowledge of security practices, including encryption, token management, and secure data handling.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities in a corporate environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating with CRM systems, payment gateways, and third-party APIs.
Familiarity with serverless architecture and DevOps practices.
Exposure to front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular for collaboration.
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
