Role Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic, performance-driven, and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to spearhead regional growth initiatives and expand high-value business opportunities. This role is designed for a professional who can cultivate influential industry relationships, drive revenue growth, and contribute meaningfully to long-term business strategy.
The incumbent will play a critical leadership role in strengthening partnerships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, consultants, and other key decision-makers. Working collaboratively with Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, this position will ensure sustainable growth, enhanced brand positioning, and long-term client retention.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Development

Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on high-potential business opportunities across assigned territories.

Establish and nurture long-term strategic relationships with senior architects, interior designers, developers, builders, and consultants.

Drive key account management initiatives, strategic partnerships, and repeat business opportunities.

Represent the organization at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, networking forums, and professional events to strengthen brand visibility and market positioning.

Conduct comprehensive market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify trends, growth areas, and expansion strategies.

Support senior management in territory planning, revenue forecasting, and execution of regional growth strategies.
2. Client Engagement & Revenue Conversion

Lead high-value client interactions across showrooms, project sites, manufacturing facilities, and corporate offices.

Deliver impactful product presentations, technical consultations, and customized solutions aligned with client requirements.

Develop and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing structures, and project timelines with strategic precision.

Drive effective lead conversion, order finalization, and seamless coordination with dispatch and operations teams.

Oversee post-dispatch engagement to ensure installation guidance, client satisfaction, and long-term relationship continuity.

Gather structured customer feedback to enhance product development, service excellence, and overall customer experience.
3. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Mentor, guide, and support Business Development Executives and showroom sales personnel to enhance performance standards.

Contribute to training initiatives focused on product knowledge, consultative selling techniques, and client engagement excellence.

Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department on branding initiatives, lead generation campaigns, digital outreach, and social media strategies.

Maintain accurate CRM documentation, client databases, meeting records, and performance analytics.

Act as a strategic liaison between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

Prior exposure to the construction, building materials, or architecture-related industry is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects, engaging senior stakeholders, and handling strategic accounts.
