JOB OVERVIEW:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of capital machinery and engineering products
in the East India region. The role involves identifying and evaluating new business opportunities,
building and maintaining strong client relationships, and consistently driving sales performance in line
with business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drive strategic business expansion and strengthen the company’s footprint in the East India
market.
• Identify, evaluate, and convert new business opportunities through structured prospecting.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and
superior customer experience.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform business strategy.
