Role Objective:
To plan and execute retail-level marketing and activation campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive footfall, and convert into retail sales across key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement retail activation strategies across outlets.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for branding, BTL promotions, and POS deployment.
Manage promoters and ensure adherence to brand guidelines at store level.
Monitor and report on retail marketing KPIs (ROI, engagement, visibility).
Support new product launches with in-store support and live demos.
Handle retail-level communication for offers, schemes, and product training.
Collect market feedback to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in retail activation or trade marketing.
Hands-on knowledge of consumer behavior and store-level marketing.
Excellent coordination and vendor management skills.
Strong reporting and analytical mindset.
