Key Responsibilities:
- Managing sales and purchase documentation
- Coordinating with clients, vendors,Customers and internal departments
- Preparing quotations, invoices, and commercial proposals
- Monitoring dispatch schedules and order processing
- Maintaining records and commercial documentation
- Supporting the sales and finance team in commercial operations
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the chemical industry preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
