🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and vendors to define project specs
Plan construction phases and ensure timely execution
Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and site logistics
Negotiate contracts and maintain vendor relationships
Obtain necessary permits and ensure legal compliance
Lead on-site teams and supervise contractors and workers
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report to stakeholders
Enforce safety and quality standards throughout the project
✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
8–15 years of hands-on project management experience
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficient in tools like MS Project, AutoCAD, or ERP systems
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
PMP certification is a plus
