Manager / Senior Manager – B2B Sales (Industrial Oils & Lubricants)
Location: Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior, Bangalore
Reporting To: AGM/DGM/GM – Local Sales
Experience:

  • Manager: 7+ years in B2B industrial sales (oils, lubricants, chemicals)

  • Sr. Manager: 8–11 years in B2B institutional sales with strong customer handling

Qualification:

  • Degree in a relevant field; background in B2B Industrial Oils & Lubricants preferred

  • Exposure to industries like Power T&D, Polymer, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial Process Applications

Role Overview:
This is a field-oriented sales and marketing role with hands-on responsibility for driving B2B sales of specialty oils (Transformer Oil, Liquid Paraffins, White Oils) across institutional and industrial segments.

Target Segments & Product Focus:

  • Transformer Oils: Power boards, transformer manufacturers, NTPC, PGCIL, railways, electrification projects

  • Liquid Paraffins: FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, perfumeries, food processing, tobacco industries

  • White Oils: Rubber, textiles, polymers, lubricants, lamp oils, automotive, food packaging

Sales Expectations:

  • Sr. Manager Target: 600–700 KL/month

  • Manager Target: 500 KL/month

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Sales Execution

    • Lead generation and direct client interaction

    • Sector focus: Power, polymer, FMCG, lubricants, etc.

    • No inbound leads – complete ownership of lead-to-close

  2. Client Management

    • Understand client requirements and offer tailored product solutions

    • Handle negotiations and maintain long-term customer relationships

  3. Sales Coordination

    • Liaise with logistics for dispatches

    • Coordinate with accounts for billing and payments

    • Work with technical teams for client queries

    • Address complaints and provide resolution

  4. Reporting & Analysis

    • Maintain records of visits, leads, orders, and market updates

    • Regular reporting to Zonal Head

Travel & Territory:

  • 18–21 days/month travel

  • Responsible for assigned states and adjoining territories

  • Strong local market understanding required

Skills Required:

  • Strong field sales and client acquisition ability

  • Bulk product selling experience (tanker/barrel), not retail

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills

  • Strong coordination with internal teams

  • Usage of KOOPS app for visit logging
