Job Summary :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales & Marketing Executive to support our sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a customer-focused approach. Fresh graduates with a passion for sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.
Experience :
0–2 Years (Freshers are welcome)
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Management, Marketing, Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and other outreach channels.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Support the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Prepare sales reports and track lead conversion and marketing performance.
Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
Required Skills :
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Qualifications :
Internship or project experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, or lead generation techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
