Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests and clients with warmth and professionalism
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
Handle front desk communication, including calls and emails
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences
Maintain accurate front office records and systems
Who You Are
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-focused
Familiarity with front office systems like OPERA or HOTELOGIX is a plus
Prior experience in hospitality or front desk roles preferred
Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends
