Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Executive – Marketing & Business Development to support lead generation and outbound sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and contributing to business growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Source and identify potential sales leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Google, and company websites
Conduct in-depth research to identify target companies and key decision-makers
Qualify leads based on BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
Share qualified leads with the sales team for further conversion
Outbound Sales:
Execute outbound sales activities via emails, calls, and messaging platforms
Personalize outreach strategies to engage potential clients effectively
Follow up consistently to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel
Data Analysis & CRM Management:
Use data tools to collect and analyze lead generation data
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM systems
Track performance metrics and generate reports to improve strategies
Continuously optimize processes based on insights and feedback
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field / MBA in Marketing
6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or business development
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Good organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
