We are hiring Technical Sales Engineers for our Pharma Filtration business
Note: this is NOT pharma product / API sales. (Not a Medical Representative role)
We want engineers who sell engineering solutions into pharma plants and pharma machinery OEMs.
Mandatory Fit
– Engineering / Science background – P.G. – Process / Chemical/ Biochemistry / Biotech
– Preferred sales experience – filtration, WFI, pharma plants / Process Systems / TFF/ Sterile equipment’s / Pharma machinery OEMs
– Comfortable with pharma / Biotech product/ process / filter validation / P&IDs/ utilities discussions
– Client persona: Pharma/Biotech End users, Engineering consultants, Project and Purchase Managers
Strictly Exclude
– API sales, formulation sales, chemical molecule sales
– Lab reagents, Lab consumables-only sales
– Marketing-heavy or distributor-only profiles
KRA –
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required,
• Promoting and selling a range of pharma and biotechnology filtration products
• Identifying potential customers and developing strategies to attract new business
• Maintaining in-depth product knowledge and staying current with industry trends
• Providing technical support and product demonstrations to customers
• Communicating product benefits and features to potential and current customers
• Maintaining relationships with existing clients and establishing new relationships with potential clients
• Working closely with the product development team to understand new product features
• Preparing sales reports and meeting sales targets
• Attending industry conferences, seminars, and networking events
• Providing feedback to the company about the market, product issues, and customer concerns
