Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of accounting and financial functions for group entities. This role requires strong expertise in Tally operations, GST and TDS compliance, banking and treasury management, advanced Excel usage, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, compliance, and efficiency of financial records and reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations using Tally, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliations.

Prepare and file GST returns accurately and within statutory deadlines.

Manage and file TDS returns in compliance with tax regulations.

Oversee banking operations including payment processing, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.

Implement effective treasury management strategies to optimize cash utilization and minimize financial risk.

Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions for financial analysis, reporting, and data management.

Draft professional letters, emails, and business correspondences.

Communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) with internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports for management review and strategic decision-making.

Develop and maintain MIS reports for timely and relevant financial tracking.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Stay updated with regulatory changes, accounting standards, and taxation laws.

Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing required documentation and clarifications.
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in Tally and advanced MS Excel

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

CA / Inter CA (CA Inter preferred)

Experience:

6–9 years (CA Inter)

4–7 years (Qualified CA)

Experience under CA firms or in industries such as Stock Broking, PMS, Wealth Management, or NBFC
