Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart and energetic Customer Support Executive to handle telecalling and coordination work. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive customer calls to provide information and support
Follow up with clients and handle inquiries
Coordinate between customers and internal teams (sales, service, etc.)
Maintain call records and update CRM systems
Ensure a smooth customer experience through proper communication

Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling/customer support (preferred)
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or Gujarati
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp)
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Immediate joiners will be given preference

What We Offer:
Fixed salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000/month (based on interview)
