Support continuous improvement initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and reporting plant performance data to improve productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and safety using Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence tools.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze production, quality, downtime, and KPI data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Monitor OEE, rejection, productivity, downtime, and other plant KPIs.
Support Lean, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, and root cause analysis activities.
Conduct Pareto analysis, 5 Why, and Ishikawa investigations.
Participate in Gemba Walks and identify improvement opportunities.
Track corrective actions and improvement projects to closure.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Stores, and HR teams.
Prepare management presentations and performance reports.
Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing, Metallurgy, or Electrical Engineering.
0–3 years of manufacturing experience (Fresh diploma holders may also apply).
Lean, Six Sigma, or Quality certifications preferred.
Key Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
Basic knowledge of OEE, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, and Root Cause Analysis.
Exposure to ERP/SAP and Power BI is an advantage.
Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
