Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager – Export (BDM) to lead international sales and marketing operations in the chemical industry. The candidate will handle end-to-end export business processes, including market development, client acquisition, marketing communication, and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
• Identify and develop new international markets for chemical products.
• Generate leads, acquire new clients, and expand existing customer relationships.
• Achieve export sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with international clients.
2. Marketing & Communication
• Handle all marketing communication with global clients, distributors, and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
• Participate in international exhibitions, trade shows, and virtual meetings.
3. Export Operations (End-to-End Handling)
• Manage the complete export cycle from inquiry to order closure and delivery.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for timely dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation, and export procedures.
4. Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas clients.
• Handle client queries, feedback, and after-sales support.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
5. Market Research & Strategy
• Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for market expansion.

Key Requirements
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in export sales/business development in the chemical industry.
• Specialization: Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Surfactants, or Emulsifiers.
• Strong knowledge of international markets and export procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end sales and export operations.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
