We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to oversee our retail operations at our Century Location in Fiji. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the store, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, stock management, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning.
Manage and mentor a team of retail staff, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
Ensure optimal stock levels, manage inventory, and handle stock replenishment to avoid shortages.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer service, and ensure consistent brand presentation.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to staff to enhance product knowledge and customer service.
Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain store appearance and ensure it aligns with the brand’s standards.
Collaborate with senior management to meet branch goals and company objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail store management or a similar role.
Strong background in stock management and inventory control.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
