Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership
Drive branch business growth in Commercial Vehicle (CV) financing.
Achieve branch disbursement and revenue targets.
Develop business through vehicle dealers, transporters, fleet operators, and logistics companies.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the Relationship Manager (RM) team.
Monitor team productivity, sales pipeline, and target achievement.
Guide the team in dealer development and vehicle loan sourcing.
Dealer & Channel Development
Build and maintain relationships with commercial vehicle dealers and channel partners.
Identify and onboard new dealer tie-ups and referral networks.
Credit & Portfolio Management
Oversee loan sourcing, credit quality, and documentation.
Monitor portfolio performance and delinquency levels.
Coordinate with credit and collections teams to maintain healthy portfolio quality.
Market Development
Identify opportunities in transport, logistics, and fleet businesses.
Track market trends and competitor activities in CV financing.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Commercial Vehicle (CV) finance.
