Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Back Office Executive with 2 years of experience to support the sales team by managing documentation, coordinating with clients, processing orders, and maintaining sales records. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
Coordinate with the sales team and clients for order confirmation and follow-ups
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
Handle email communication and client queries
Assist in preparing sales reports and MIS report
Follow up on payments and pending orders
Coordinate with logistics/dispatch team for smooth delivery
Maintain proper documentation and filing system
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email handling
Basic understanding of sales process
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good organizational and coordination skills
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Back Office role
