Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Activity Coordinator to lead and manage student activities and events across the academic year. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong communication and planning skills who is passionate about fostering student engagement and creating a vibrant campus experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a diverse calendar of student events and extracurricular programs.
Drive student engagement through innovative initiatives and campus-wide campaigns.
Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and budgeting for all activities and programs.
Work closely with faculty, administrative teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with institutional protocols and inspection requirements.
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of activities and suggest improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Education, Event Management, Communications, etc.).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an educational or youth-centered environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of inspection frameworks and reporting procedures (preferred).
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Must currently reside in the UAE.
