Role Overview :
The Industrial Subsidy Process Executive owns the end-to-end subsidy application lifecycle for assigned industrial clients, from eligibility mapping and documentation through submission, follow-ups, and query resolution until final disbursement. This role suits a detail-oriented, process-driven professional who can independently run multiple client engagements across schemes such as Capital Subsidy, Interest Subsidy, Electricity Duty Exemption, and EPF Reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Subsidy Application Preparation and Submission • Prepare subsidy applications for industrial units in line with applicable policies and guidelines. • Collate and verify supporting documents from clients for accuracy and completeness. • Ensure every submission is policy-compliant and audit-ready.
2. Client Engagement and Follow-up • Act as the process owner for assigned clients, gathering inputs and resolving queries promptly. • Share regular updates on application progress, pending items, and status. • Build long-term client trust through proactive, professional communication.
3. Compliance and Quality Verification • Verify applications against policy requirements and coordinate with internal reviewers before submission. • Stay current on policy amendments, circulars, and procedural changes issued by the relevant departments.
4. Tracking and Record Maintenance • Track application status across submission, approval, and disbursement stages. • Maintain organized, audit-ready client files, and flag delays or risks to the reporting manager with proposed corrective action.
Qualifications & Experience
• M. Com or B. Com with relevant experience, Inter CA (CA Final discontinued) with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or MBA (Finance). • 1 to 3 years of experience in a CA firm, GST practice, banking (credit or process analysis), or industrial finance.
• Experience serving manufacturing-sector clients, directly or through a CA firm, is strongly preferred.

• Working knowledge of GST, accounting fundamentals, and financial statements.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime or SAP.
• Research skills to interpret policies and guidelines carefully.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Efficient use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
• Strong drafting, documentation, and file-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple client files and meet deadlines.
• Interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
