Job Summary:
We are looking for a disciplined and alert Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of premises, staff, and visitors. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience and meet the required physical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control entry and exit of people and vehicles
Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and security
Identify and report suspicious activities or incidents
Ensure safety of property and employees
Maintain visitor records and logs
Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
Follow company security policies and procedures
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Education: 12th Pass
Experience: Minimum 3 years as Security Guard or similar role
Minimum Height: 5 feet 6 inches
Physically fit and alert
Basic knowledge of security operations and safety procedures
Required Skills:
Good observation and vigilance
Basic communication skills
Ability to handle emergency situations
Discipline and responsibility
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in industrial / corporate
Basic computer knowledge (for entry logs/reporting)
