Education Required:
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
OR
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily production operations
Ensure efficient manufacturing of solid-liquid separation equipment
Monitor production processes and improve productivity
Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications
Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams
Handle production planning and scheduling
Optimize resource utilization and reduce wastage
Ensure safety standards are followed on the shop floor
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes
Experience in fabrication, machining, or heavy equipment production preferred
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Problem-solving and process improvement skills
Good communication and team coordination abilities
Experience:
1–5 years preferred (freshers can also be considered for diploma roles)
