Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive with experience in a manufacturing setup to handle recruitment, HR operations, and statutory compliance. The candidate should be proactive and capable of managing shop floor workforce effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and staff roles
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database
Coordinate onboarding and documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.)
Maintain HR reports and support audits
Handle employee queries and shop floor coordination
Requirements:
MBA/BBA in HR or related field
2–3 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial setup
Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes
Good communication and MS Excel skills
