Job Opening: Relationship Manager – Commercial Vehicle (CV)

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Source new business for Commercial Vehicle financing (New & Used).

  • Build strong relationships with vehicle dealers, transporters, fleet owners, and logistics companies.

  • Generate loan proposals for vehicles such as trucks, tippers, trailers, LCVs, HCVs, and other commercial vehicles.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets.


Dealer & Channel Management

  • Develop and manage relationships with commercial vehicle dealers and distributors.

  • Identify and onboard new dealer tie-ups and channel partners.

  • Maintain strong engagement with existing dealers to generate repeat business.


Credit & Documentation

  • Conduct customer profiling and preliminary credit assessment.

  • Coordinate with the credit team for loan approvals and disbursements.

  • Ensure complete documentation and compliance as per company policies.


Portfolio Management

  • Monitor the loan portfolio post-disbursement.

  • Support collections to maintain portfolio quality.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat financing opportunities.


Market Development

  • Identify opportunities in logistics, transportation, fleet expansion, and infrastructure-linked transport demand.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends in Commercial Vehicle financing.


Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Commercial Vehicle (CV) finance.

  • Strong network with vehicle dealers, transporters, fleet owners, and logistics companies.

  • Good understanding of commercial vehicle financing.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
