Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership
Drive branch business growth in Construction Equipment (CE) financing.
Achieve branch disbursement and revenue targets.
Develop business through construction equipment dealers, contractors, and infrastructure companies.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the Relationship Manager (RM) team.
Monitor team productivity, sales pipeline, and target achievement.
Guide the team in dealer development and business sourcing.
Dealer & Channel Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with construction equipment dealers and distributors.
Identify and onboard new dealer tie-ups and channel partners to expand business.
Credit & Portfolio Management
Oversee loan sourcing, credit quality, and documentation.
Ensure portfolio quality and control delinquency.
Coordinate with credit and collections teams for smooth operations.
Market Development
Identify opportunities in construction, mining, road projects, and infrastructure sectors.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities in CE financing.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Construction Equipment (CE) finance.
Strong network with construction equipment dealers and contractors.
Experience in team management and branch operations.
