About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) who can generate international projects, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the IT services domain. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in international client acquisition, freelancing platforms, and IT sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Generate business through freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
Handle the bidding process with strong proposal writing skills
Identify and acquire international clients
Convert leads into long-term business relationships
2️⃣ Client Communication & Interaction
Manage global client communication professionally
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Conduct meetings and client presentations
Maintain strong follow-ups and negotiation processes
3️⃣ Market & Strategy Development
Research global IT market trends
Identify new business opportunities
Develop strategies for international project acquisition
Maintain CRM and manage the sales pipeline
4️⃣ Team Coordination
Coordinate with technical and design teams
Ensure clear communication of project requirements
Support smooth project handover and execution
Required Skills
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a BDM in an IT company
Strong knowledge of freelancing platforms and bidding strategies
Excellent English communication and client handling skills
Experience working with international clients
Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
Good understanding of social media platforms
Ability to perform market analysis and competitor research
