Job Title: Architect Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Architect Engineer to join our team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising construction projects while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams.

Ensure compliance with local building codes and statutory requirements.

Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.

Review project specifications, BOQs, and cost estimates.

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants.

Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (B.Arch / B.E. Civil).

3–8 years of relevant experience in architectural or construction projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.

Strong knowledge of construction materials and building techniques.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Registration with the Council of Architecture (preferred for architects).
Preferred Skills:

Experience in residential and commercial building projects.

Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices.
-
Project management certification will be an advantage.
