We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Territory Manager to join our team . The ideal candidate must come from the construction equipment (CE) industry with a solid background in both sales and service operations.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Handle sales and service for CE products in the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with the service team to ensure excellent after-sales support
Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management
🎯 Candidate Profile:
5–7 years of relevant experience in CE industry (sales & service)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of managing a sales territory
Willing to travel locally as required
