About the Role:
We’re growing fast and scaling faster — and we’re looking for sharp, data-driven E-commerce & Quick Commerce Managers to help us win the digital shelf across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and more.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce & quick commerce platforms

Scale performance by cracking platform algorithms and leveraging insights

Own ROAS and drive ROI through smart promotions and campaign strategies

Analyze sales data, campaign performance, and user behavior to make actionable decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for content, pricing, and inventory planning

Monitor competition and suggest changes to maintain a winning edge
What We’re Looking For:

3-6 years of experience in managing e-commerce and/or Q-commerce platforms

Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign planning and execution

Hands-on experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and quick commerce (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.)

Proven success in improving conversions and scaling product visibility

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
