Role Overview
Seeking a Security Specialist to oversee operations at a high-profile corporate site in GIFT City, India’s first smart business district. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, professional presence, and experience in managing security operations in a corporate or commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure safe, secure, and efficient day-to-day site operations
Supervise on-ground security teams and coordinate shift responsibilities
Monitor daily reports and incident logs, and respond to emergencies as required
Serve as a point of contact for client representatives and internal departments
Maintain compliance with SOPs and reporting standards
Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and readiness reviews
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate (Bachelor’s degree mandatory)
Fluent in English – both verbal and written
4–5 years of relevant experience in corporate or commercial security
Strong command over team supervision, reporting, and communication
Presentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
