Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (ME)
• Experience in PP extrusion process
• Knowledge of manpower handling, production tools, and 5S practices
• Understanding of machinery operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Knowledge of calibration & measurement, quality control, and product inspection
• Result-oriented with strong team supervision skills

• Enforce company policies on the shop floor
