About the Role:
We are looking for an Operations Executive to handle end-to-end mutual fund operations, including client onboarding, transaction processing, back-office reconciliation, compliance support, and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with account opening, KYC, and document verification
Process mutual fund transactions (purchase, redemption, SIP)
Reconcile transactions and maintain updated records
Generate client reports and maintain MIS dashboards
Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and SOPs
Handle client queries and coordinate with AMCs for issue resolution
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field (MBA/CFP/NISM V-A preferred)
2–5 years of experience in AMC, broking, or distributor operations
Familiarity with MF Utility, CAMS/Karvy, NSE NMF II
Proficient in MS Excel and communication
