Field Executive – Luxury Bath & Modular Kitchen Solutions

💰 Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (plus incentives & travel allowance)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Field Executive to join our growing team of interior solutions professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in field sales, client servicing, or interior product marketing—preferably within the premium segment of modular kitchens and luxury bathware.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site visits to client locations for meetings, measurements, and product briefings
Build long-term relationships with customers, architects, and interior designers
Assist in the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closure and after-sales service
Coordinate with internal departments including design, procurement, and installation
Regularly report field activity, client feedback, and market intelligence to management
Key Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in field-based sales or client relationship management
Prior exposure to home interiors, modular kitchen,
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile tools and CRM software
Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license
