Customer Delight Executive (Only Male Candidates Apply)
The Customer Delight Executive will play a key role in driving awareness and adoption of stem cell technology among healthcare professionals and expecting parents. This position involves building strong relationships with gynecologists, hospitals, and clinics, while actively promoting the company’s services through educational sessions and engagement initiatives.
• Engage with gynecologists on advancements in stem cell technology.
• Establish partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and gynecologists.
• Generate leads through hospital visits.
• Conduct presentations for expecting parents.
• Ensure placement of marketing materials in clinics.
• Participate in ANC sessions and baby showers.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with gynecologists to discuss advancements and applications of stem cell technology.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Generate leads through regular hospital and clinic visits.
Conduct presentations and informational sessions for expecting parents, explaining the benefits of stem cell banking.
Ensure effective placement and visibility of marketing materials in partner clinics and hospitals.
Represent the company during Antenatal Care (ANC) sessions and baby showers, supporting promotional activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile (Sales)
• Proficiency in spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Two-wheeler is a must.
Qualifications & Experience (for CDE)
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Biotechnology)
• MBA (Marketing)
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience:
Prior experience in healthcare sales, medical marketing, or related fields is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and scientific knowledge may also be considered.
