Job Summary/Objective:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to support our
product and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will help shape product strategy, collaborate with
cross-functional teams, and ensure timely feature delivery. Experience with Agile processes and
tools is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Product Management (Primary Focus)
● Assist Product Managers in defining product vision, roadmap, and strategy
● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews
● Write user stories, product requirements, and clear acceptance criteria
● Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning
● Collaborate with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams
● Analyze product usage and post-launch feedback to suggest improvements
Marketing & User Communication
● Work with the marketing team on product messaging and positioning
● Collaborate on user documentation, product walkthroughs, and release campaigns
Agile Collaboration (Supporting Role)
● Coordinate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
● Use Jira or similar tools to track tasks and support sprint execution
● Foster a collaborative, process-oriented team environment
Requirements:
➔ 1–3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or Agile project roles
➔ Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
➔ Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence)
➔ Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent is a plus, not mandatory
➔ Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
➔ Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
➔ Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
