Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically enthusiastic IT Support Executive with 0–1 year of relevant experience to handle computer systems, hardware, software installation, troubleshooting, and basic networking. Freshers with good technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Install software, drivers, antivirus, and system updates.
Provide day-to-day technical support to employees.
Assist with LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and network connectivity issues.
Configure printers, scanners, and other office automation equipment.
Maintain IT asset records and equipment maintenance logs.
Ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems and office IT infrastructure.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Understanding of Windows operating systems and software installation.
Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
