Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Operations + Admin Executive to manage daily administrative tasks and support operational activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

  • Assist in day-to-day operational activities of the company
  • Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams
  • Monitor stock and maintain inventory records
  • Ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks
  • Handle vendor coordination and follow-ups

Administration:

  • Manage office administration and documentation
  • Maintain records, files, and reports
  • Handle basic HR activities like attendance and leave records
  • Coordinate with staff and management for daily requirements
  • Manage office supplies and procurement

Skills & Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of office and operational processes
