Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer to join our residential construction project team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in site execution, quality control, contractor coordination, and ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor labor productivity and site progress.
Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
Check material quality and quantity received at site.
Assist in measurement, billing, and quantity verification.
Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
Report project updates and site issues to senior engineers/project managers.
Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
6 months to 2 years of experience in residential building projects.
Basic knowledge of construction methods, RCC work, finishing work, and site supervision.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work at project sites in and around Pune.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of quality control procedures.
Understanding of BOQ, measurements, and billing.
Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn.
