Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive business growth in the Import Freight Forwarding segment. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets within the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities in Import Freight Forwarding
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Identify potential customers and convert leads into business
Manage the complete sales cycle including client meetings and negotiations
Coordinate with operations teams for smooth shipment execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Import Freight Forwarding sales
Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping, and freight processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Preferred Profile
Experience working in the Ahmedabad market (added advantage)
Strong network within import/export businesses
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
