Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes

Lead and optimize Darwin box HRMS implementation and usage

Oversee benefits administration, HR compliance, and documentation

Drive process improvements and operational excellence

Leverage HR analytics to support data-driven decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business goals
Requirements:

10+ years of experience in HR operations or People Ops roles

Proven ability to manage and scale HR processes

Hands-on experience with Darwin box or other HRMS platforms
