Position: Brand HR Lead – Non YUM Brands

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Brand CEOs and Operations teams
Drive end-to-end HR functions such as:
Talent planning
Performance management
Employee engagement
Capability building
Compliance
Requirements:
Minimum 12 years of experience in HR Business Partnering
Prior experience in QSR, Retail, or FMCG sectors
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing HR strategy across multi-unit operations
